The Equity Symposium is an opportunity to learn from each other with a focus on racial equity. Our colleagues from Highline and beyond will present on a range of topics to challenge us to deepen our capacity for equity.

All staff will attend two sessions:
  • An All-Staff Anti-Bias Training
  • Additionally, staff will select an Elective session

This session will center the voices of Native educators, students, and family members and highlight the important work of the Highline Native Education Program - a legacy program that's been in existence in some iteration for over 40 years since the passage of the Indian Education Act.
