The Equity Symposium is an opportunity to learn from each other with a focus on racial equity. Our colleagues from Highline and beyond will present on a range of topics to challenge us to deepen our capacity for equity.
All staff will attend two sessions:
An All-Staff Anti-Bias Training
Additionally, staff will select an Elective session
This session will introduce and define terms to support common understanding bias. Participants will engage in learning activities to understand bias, with a specific focus on racial bias
